First of all you fill up the plan change form.Keep in ur mind that plz mention the date when u will use the new plan.In which date u will apply from this day the new plan will be started.

Hi, I am residing at Pune Pimpri. We have a society of 1000 homes. We all are willing to have internet connection. There is one franchise of BSNL who is taking some different charges for connection and installation.

I want HOME500 plan. Is there any way that we can get this plan at the same rate and deposit at which BSNL is providing to all people?

Please guide.

I have a plan “Home 250″ , but i want to change it to “Home 500″

Extra usage for home 500 and home 500 combo is 80 paise and 90 paise per mb . Is it correct .
